Personalized Training
Onsite Training Options
You don’t have to go anywhere to get tailored face-to-face training from our team; we’ll bring our knowledge to you. Your whole organization can benefit from onsite training using your own data and covering topics that are important to you. We’ll work with you to devise the perfect curriculum and hands-on exercises so that when we leave, your employees are confident in both the system and their ability to use it.
We offer two types of onsite training:
- Tailored Onsite Training with Blackbaud Sample Data
A Blackbaud instructor will visit your organization’s site to train staff members on a pre-selected, specific agenda based on what they need to learn. Courseware is provided for the training, which will be conducted on the Blackbaud Sample Database. There is a minimum of one day of training.
- Tailored Onsite Training with a Copy of Your Data
A Blackbaud instructor will visit your organization’s site to train staff members on a pre-selected, specific agenda based on what they need to learn. Courseware is provided for the training, which will be conducted on a modified copy of your live database. There is a minimum of three days of training.

One-to-one Remote Training Options
Blackbaud offers one-on-one online instruction for those who have very specific, or task-oriented, training needs. Sessions are tailored to the stated objectives of the learner and can be scheduled for as little as two hours. You are able to train on either the Blackbaud Sample Database or a copy of your live data. Contact your account executive or email OnsiteTraining@blackbaud.com for more information.
